Before you begin

If you choose to view a Adobe Acrobat file you will need to have Acrobat Reader 9.0 or newer installed
If you choose to view a Flash animation you must have the latest Flash plug-in installed

Some of the presentations have sound effects, Flash animation & narration so turn on your sound and make sure you have the Flash plug-in.
Movies will be in the Windows Media player format. You will need Windows Media player version 9 or greater.
